I got selection mail from NCS company (MNC) but there is no update regarding offer letter.

I got selection mail from the NCS(National computer system), but not an offer letter from them.

The recruitment is processed by talent battle. There were 5 rounds. The First 4 round was taken by talent battle and the last one is taken by 2 HRs of the NCS company. I have been successful in all the rounds and got selection mail. 2 months are passed but still waiting for the offer letter.

some companies have very complicated procedures they have to keep up with during the recruitment process. After they find the right person, they need to receive a written confirmation from someone from the upper management that there is money in the budget for this person's salary.

here, we will look for the number of reasons below. 

1. HR will always be busy, they might not have time to revert your emails. So, wait patiently, they will reply to you soon.

2. If you are the backup candidate for the company it will take several times to get the offer.

3. If there is a delay from the higher management to grant your offer and salary negotiation, the time requires for a detailed structure about your role and your salary, so 'Have patience.

4. If there is a big notice period from the last company, HR gives the most preference to the small notice period.

5. the project allowed to you have a time period to start because the client is given the start date of it. but the project will start for sure. In this case, also, time requires for the offer.

Make sure that if there is a communication to you from the company and you did not miss out on any of the communication check your spam and all the mail folders. Make sure that you gave the correct mail id to the company.

check with HR about some of the ways of communication like calls or Emails and try to connect them and get the necessary updates.

It might be the case that the company is giving the offer letter but when you will get the offer letter is only decided by the company.

Of course yes most MNC companies take months to release the Offer letter where on the other side the candidates become depressed and deal with the mental pressure while waiting for the OL from their dream companies, so yes it happens let's wait you will get good news soon. All the Best.
